I have been working in process improvement and project management in development and manufacturing since 1986, often with a focus on software development.
During my work in the corporate quality department of the Bosch group I qualified as an ISO 9000 Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt and SW-CMM Lead Assessor. After the publication of CMMI, I acquired certifications as a SCAMPI Lead Appraiser and CMMI Instructor. In both cases, I was the first Germany.
I led appraisals, assessments, audits and CMMI training courses in many countries in Europe, in China and India, as well as in a few other countries.
My current statement:
Agile methods have been on the market for around 30 years. Why are they not the standard method in software development?
